INTERN STUDENT

Position responbilities and duties:
provide overall support to project management teams
• provide overall support for field management teams
• obtain information and approvals for processing of shop drawings and submittals
• distribute information required for construction to appropriate parties
• assist in preparation of contract items list
• must be able to work under tight time constraints
• help manage subcontractors as necessary


BLUE PRINT CLERK

Position responbilities and duties:
manage large copy jobs, including copying, scanning, distributing
• assist subcontractors with plans during bid process
• store blueprints and manage storage system 
• maintain and update contract documents

COMPTROLLER

Purpose of position: To provide management and supervision for division accountants and to provide accounting management for division construction projects.

Minimum skills or experience requirements:
• four-year business or accounting degree, or equivalent
• minimum of 5 years construction accounting experience, with 3 years supervisory experience
• knowledge of and experience with on-line, integrated accounting systems
• good interpersonal skills
• effective written and verbal English language communication skills
• knowledge of PC based spreadsheet applications


PROJECT COORDINATOR

Purpose of position: To provide secretarial and administrative support to project management team (may be one or more people) for construction project or other specified project or department.

Minimum skills or experience requirements:
• high School Diploma or equivalent and two years of business or secretarial school, or the equivalent combination of training and experience
• minimum two years secretarial or clerical experience
• ability to keyboard 45 wpm accurately
• proficient in knowledge and use of word-processing and spreadsheet software
• working knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
• proficient in English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
• proficient in written communications skills, including business writing skills
• reliability, dependability and flexibility
